Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

At Wrapsterz, each product is custom-made — printed and cut precisely for your laptop model, just the way you ordered it. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return and refund policy is slightly different from typical e-commerce platforms. Please read the following terms carefully.

🚫 We Do Not Offer Refunds

All Wrapsterz laptop skins are made-to-order and non-returnable once printed. We do not offer refunds unless the item received is:

Damaged in transit

Incorrect (wrong model/design)

Defective (print or cutting errors)

🔁 Replacements – Only in Genuine Cases

We’ll happily send you a free replacement if:

1. You received the wrong laptop skin (wrong size/model/design).


2. The skin was damaged upon arrival.


3. There was a printing/cutting defect on our part.



Replacement Conditions:

To qualify for a replacement:

Share an unboxing video and clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

The skin must be unused and unpeeled.

The laptop model mentioned in your order must match the device.


Without valid proof, we unfortunately cannot issue replacements.

❌ Cases Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

We do not accept returns or offer refunds/replacements in the following cases:

You selected the wrong laptop model while ordering.

You changed your mind after the order was processed.

Slight variations in color tone or texture (due to screen/print differences).

Skin was damaged during application by the user.

The product has already been used or partially applied.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placing it by messaging us on Instagram or emailing us at wrapster.bhopal@gmail.com. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be cancelled.

📩 How to Request a Replacement

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product:

1. Record an unboxing video and take clear pictures of the issue.


2. Email us at wrapster.bhopal@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @wrapsterz within 24 hours.


3. Our team will validate and approve eligible replacement requests within 2 business days.

Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping timelines (3–7 days) will apply.
